What is the Academic Learning Centre (ALC) Programming support?

The ALC provide Programming drop in sessions. You can call in at any time during the session and the lecturer present will offer support to you in whatever Programming module you are studying. The ALC provides a very relaxed and pleasant atmosphere in which to discuss Programming problems. Also, it is free!  ALC Website

About ALC

D259 : Upstairs in D block at the end of the corridor. (The room with the red blinds!)

You can attend any of the Programming sessions at any time during the session. See http://alc.cit.ie/info/timetables/ for the most up to date timetable. You can stay for 5 minutes or 2 hours or anything in between. It’s up to you.

So how it works is - you bring along your notes, exercise sheets and maybe past exam papers. Ideally if you have tried some questions that would be best, it doesn't matter how much of the question you are able to do. There will be Programming people at the ALC sessions to help you. If you are not sure how to get started they should be able to help too.

Just call in to any of the Programming sessions http://alc.cit.ie/info/timetables or to call in to the Academic Learning Centre (D259) at any time to discuss what it has to offer you.
